SCOTT LUCCI-

PADI Master Instructor

Scott is the owner of World of Water and has been teaching SCUBA diving lessons since 1974.  He also teaches the SCUBA diving classes for the University of Tampa and Mac Dill A.F.B.

     Capt. Gary Howe

Captain Gary Howe has been a Scuba Instructor since 1972.  In the early 1990's he became a  PADI Course Director.  If you have acquired your Dive Master Certification than you are one step away from becoming a PADI Open Water Instructor.  Gary is the person to train you for such an important accomplishment.  Since the 90's he has taught more than 125 Instructor Development Courses and issued more than 1500 PADI Instructor Certifications.  This would include IDC's, EFR's, Medic First Aids and Instructor Specialty Certifications.  He also is a Master Technician for Auqualung, Cressi Sub, and Scuba Pro scuba products.  Prior to coming on board with World of Water in 2016 he worked for the leading dive operation in Key Largo.  He holds a United States Coast Guard 100 ton Masters License since 1985.  His current responsibility is teaching Instructor Development Courses (IDC's).
